On the Mat & at the Barre

We have classes to suit every body and all fitness levels. Our skilled & attentive instructors will offer modifications where needed and guide you through quality movements.

  • Mat Pilates

    Our classes combine the principles of traditional Pilates with a contemporary twist; a gorgeous flow. Power up with the use of props for added strength. The perfect potion to prevent & manage injuries.

  • Barre

    A full body workout that promises to tone, strengthen…& burn! Barre combines the technique of Pilates with the grace of ballet & the flow of Yoga. We add pulses, props & plies to dial it up.

  • Yoga

    Cultivate strength & flexibility while restoring body & mind. A time to focus inwards for a nourishing experience. Our classes encompass Vinyasa & Hatha styles ranging from dynamic to restorative.

  • Dance

    You get to move & groove & find your own rhythm in this low impact dance class. Easy to follow sequences makes it suitable for all fitness levels. And, no, you don't need to be a dancer to join the fun.

On the Reformer

Reformer Pilates improves muscle control, balance, strength and body alignment. Class sizes limited to 5 for a truly personalised experience.

  • Reformer Pilates

    A combination of adjustable spring resistance & a sliding platform encourages controlled movement, strength & body alignment. Great for getting deeper into the core. Low impact & kind on joints.

  • Reformer Basics

    A great class if you are new to Reformer, returning to exercise after a long break or injury, or looking for a slow and considered pace. Build your confidence in a small group setting.

  • Reformer Jumpboard

    Think jumping while laying down. Jumpboard introduces elements of aerobic exercise, coordination & strength work to your favourite class. New to Reformer? Try our regular classes first.

  • Reformer Stretch

    Combines mobility focussed movement with a dynamic stretch to complement strength-based classes. For those new to Reformer it’s a beautifully supportive way to discover the joy of movement.
